  Pizza was good . Fast service. It needs a renovation. Extremely hot in dining area.

  I had two slices of tomato pie today and it was outrageously good. This is not my first time going to Jake's. This shop has the best tomato pie in the city.

  Worst customer service ever. I ordered food via Slice, and got a confirmation email. It was to pickup the food. When I got to the restaurant, a bunch of people were sitting at a table and gave us dirty looks as we came in. A woman told us, in the worst possible tone, that they were closed so we should leave. It was 9:45, and closing time is set a 10. I explain I have an order and it was confirmed by email, and she rudely said that it wasn’t her problem, it surely wasn’t right since they were closed since at least 9:30. I insisted, saying business hours said to be until 10, and that I got a confirmation email from Slice, and she responded that it wasn’t her problem I should call them, they are closed so leave.... I don’t know how they run their business but customer service sucks.

  I was staying at a nearby hotel and called in an order of wings with hot sauce. Doesn't seem too difficult. I picked up the order and when I got back to the room, I had chicken fingers and fries. Not even close. It was too cold to walk back, but when I picked up the order the restaurant was empty, so no excuse or screwing up as simple order. Chicken fingers were ok. Fries were soggy and overcooked.
